Haley DuPont, Master Level Counseling Student, Supervised by Site
Hi, I’m Haley DuPont, and I believe that every person’s story is worth hearing and understanding.
As a Practicum Student Intern with Liberty University, I am pursuing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and specialize in supporting individuals facing anxiety, relational challenges, trauma, addiction, and life transitions. |

My approach is integrative and client-centered, blending evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy with a holistic perspective that considers emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, rediscover their strengths, and move toward lasting growth and healing.
Before beginning my graduate studies, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). During my time at UNLV, I developed a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, which sparked my passion for mental health. I've also gained years of practical experience as a case manager for foster care children, a crisis care specialist for the suicide hotline, and a domestic violence responder. These roles have taught me the value of compassion, trauma-informed care, and adaptability in supporting clients from diverse backgrounds.
Having lived in several states and worked with a variety of populations, I've developed a heart for connection and understanding. I love meeting new people, exchanging stories, and creating new memories with my husband and our dogs. Whether I’m spending time outdoors or hosting gatherings with friends and family, I cherish opportunities to build meaningful relationships—values that shape my work as a counselor.
Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition, healing from past wounds, or seeking clarity and personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy, encouragement, and practical support. You don't have to face life’s challenges alone—together, we can work toward a future filled with hope, healing, and purpose.
