From an early age, I have been passionate about helping others. After exploring various career paths, I discovered my true calling in massage therapy. Over the past two years, I have developed a deep appreciation for the meaningful connections that this practice fosters between therapist and client. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is hearing clients express how relaxed they feel during their sessions.

My primary objective is to create a safe and nurturing environment where clients can unwind and disconnect from the stresses of everyday life. I strive to provide each individual with a personalized experience that promotes relaxation amidst their busy schedules.
I hold a certification in Touching Trauma, which explores the body's and brain's responses to different types of trauma, guiding me in how to approach these sensitive areas during therapy. A key takeaway from my training is the importance of open communication with clients; I believe that a massage does not necessarily require physical touch in the initial session, and it is perfectly acceptable for clients to express their emotions during treatment.
Looking ahead, I am committed to expanding my expertise in Touching Trauma and pursuing additional certifications in hot stone, prenatal, and pediatric massage. My goal is to continue enhancing my skills to provide the highest level of care and support to those I serve.
