Kristin Moore, Master Level Counseling Student
I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and what matters to them most. My priority is creating a judgement-free space for you to explore your pain, worries, and hopes for the future. I hope to empower you on a healing journey that leads to an authentic and fulfilling life, from the inside out.

My background
My background is in corporate communications and employee development. I understand the ups and downs of navigating career decisions, relationships, stress, and burnout. I am passionate about helping individuals sort through career confusion to find the clarity needed to take confident steps forward. During my corporate career, I became a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach and love to help others discover and live out their innate strengths. I can incorporate this tool in sessions if clients are interested. If you’re familiar with CliftonStrengths, my top 5 are: Empathy, Individualization, Developer, Adaptability, and Maximizer.
A little more about me…
I’m married to my high-school sweetheart, and together we have a goldendoodle named Millie (we’re a little obsessed with her!). We love to travel anywhere with mountains when we can.
I’m currently pursuing my master’s in clinical mental health counseling at Texas Woman’s University. I have a bachelor’s degree in public relations and corporate communications from Belmont University in Nashville, TN.
I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s inevitable challenges and pursue healing and growth.
