I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling at Southeastern University and bring more than twenty-five years of experience walking alongside people through seasons of growth, transition, and challenge. I’ve spent much of my adult life in ministry leadership, including twelve years on church staff. Those years shaped my love for people, my respect for each person’s story, and my desire to create a counseling space that feels grounded, compassionate, and hopeful—a place where people can slow down, feel safe, and begin real healing.

My approach to counseling is faith-integrated and psychologically informed. I believe emotional, relational, and spiritual health are deeply connected, and I’m passionate about helping clients explore how psychological insights and Scripture work together to bring healing and freedom. I welcome clients who feel confident in their faith as well as those who are questioning, struggling, or simply trying to figure out where faith fits into their story.
I value the counseling relationship and work hard to create an environment marked by empathy, honesty, and deep respect. At the same time, I see counseling as an active, collaborative process. I enjoy helping clients move beyond simply talking about what’s hard to identifying goals, taking practical steps forward, and experiencing meaningful change.
I have a heart for young adults navigating seasons of discernment and planning related to college, career or purpose, women in all stages of life—including the midlife years—and those serving on church staff or in ministry leadership who need a safe place to process their own stories, pressures, and calling.
I am married and the mother of three children, and I understand firsthand the complexity and beauty of family life. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you pursue healing, growth, and the life God has for you.
