This is especially true when we try to face our fears and failures alone. I am here to go on that journey with you, serving as a compassionate witness to what the Author is up to in your life. I offer a judgement-free space where authenticity is the only agenda and an 'eyes wide open' approach that will help uncover what you don't yet see.

I graduated from Texas Woman's University with my master's degree in Counseling & Development and am licensed in the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Billie Baker, LPC-S. I specialized in Existential Psychotherapy and use an eclectic approach that includes faith-based elements. During my internship, I worked extensively with men and women experiencing addiction, shame/perfectionism, and spiritual issues.

We know life can throw us all kinds of scenes and circumstances. Some of these moments are beautiful and some of them can happen in an instant and catch us off guard. It is easier to say, “when life gives you lemons, make lemonade” than to actually do it. The great news is that we do not have to stay stuck in a moment, we do not have to stay stuck in the hurt and the pain; we do not have to deal with life all on our own. God has promised to walk beside us and He gives us tools and resources that are in our reach when we need them. Therapy is one of those tools that are accessible to us.
