I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Biblical studies from Dallas Baptist University in 2021. During my time at DBU I also was a student-athlete and competed on the track team. I am currently a graduate student at Texas Woman's University working toward a masters degree in Counseling and Development and I am projected to graduate in May of 2024!

In my free time I am normally staying active, journaling or hanging out with friends and family.
My primary goal in therapy is to create a safe and nurturing space where clients can explore their innermost thoughts and feelings. My approach includes a blend of psychological insights with biblical principles to guide individuals towards transformative change. As a therapist I strive to assist clients in navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions.
